Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
• Comply with company policies, uphold security, and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and various equipment.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
