Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and maintain document security
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of maintaining store cleanliness and following procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
• A combination of education and experience is acceptable
