Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the Aldi team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays while ensuring neat presentation.
• Assist customers during their shopping experience and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures and contribute feedback for improvement.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a focus on providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and various store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience desirable.
