Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with team members and store management to provide top-notch customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory management and accuracy checks.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Perform general cleaning duties and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
- Capable of lifting and stocking merchandise up to 45 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
