Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness standards, and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
