Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures and uphold company policies
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
