Job Description

As a Full Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and provide outstanding customer service
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Operate cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Combination of education and experience considered
