We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness to create a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and contribute to maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other necessary equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
