Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses and adhere to company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of cash registers and various equipment.
- Work in accordance with company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
