Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and collaboration with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Proficiency in cash register operations and equipment handling
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
