Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store is well-organized, maintaining product displays, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members to assist customers and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to company policies, including cash handling procedures and upholding the security of documents and data.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of working independently and within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience equivalent is accepted.
