Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing customer assistance, and collaborating with team members to maintain the store's standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash handling abilities
• Proficient in operating retail equipment and maintaining store cleanliness
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred
