Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with stocking shelves.
• Operate cash register efficiently and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
