Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on product quality, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring document security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 18
• Customer service skills, cash register proficiency, and equipment operation capability
• Ability to work independently or in a team, excellent communication skills
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask efficiently
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales if applicable
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred
