Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. You will collaborate with team members, provide assistance to customers, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their store experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash-handling guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
