Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. You will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers throughout their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Work well independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
