Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness to create an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and various store equipment.
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, follow instructions, and multitask efficiently.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge.
