Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Collaborate with the Aldi team and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the team to stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing feedback on products and inventory.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately, adhering to cash policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as cash register, hand jack, floor scrubber, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail environment is a plus.
