Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback to improve product quality and customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other store equipment efficiently.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting and stocking merchandise.
