Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to create an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies, maintain document security, and confidentiality

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
