Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to follow cleaning standards and company guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
