Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and uphold document security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail and general cleaning tasks preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience considered
