Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, showcase exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
- Proficient in equipment operation and general cleaning duties.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
