Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with a friendly approach and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Provide feedback on products and inventory, participate in inventory counts, and uphold cash policies.
- Adhere to company policies with a focus on security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
