Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Operate cash register accurately and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Ensure store cleanliness and neat merchandise displays.
• Participate in inventory management and contribute to store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and maintain store standards.
• Capacity to work both independently and within a team.
