Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash policies to minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
