Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
