Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
- Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
