Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-merchandised, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, assist customers, and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies while performing duties.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Proficiency in using store equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Demonstrate organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking capabilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
