Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a tidy shopping environment. Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and performing general cleaning tasks.

• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality of documents and data.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
