Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with accuracy and neatness.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Communicate effectively with the management team regarding inventory, product issues, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous service.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
