Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the job
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred
