Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers, and contribute to maintaining high standards in the store.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves with merchandise.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
- Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring a secure and efficient operation.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in a retail environment is a plus.
