Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your teamwork and communication skills will contribute to an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Complete general cleaning duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
