Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure organized displays
• Assist customers with their shopping, provide exceptional service, and communicate effectively
• Collaborate with team members, report issues, and participate in inventory management
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines
• Perform physical tasks including stocking, lifting up to 45 pounds, and general cleaning

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and other equipment
• Follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team
• Prior retail experience is preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a retail setting is advantageous
