Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store looks its best.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
