Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
- Offer feedback on products, handle inventory, and follow cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, maintain document confidentiality, and perform assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Capable of meeting physical demands of the role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
