Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Take part in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
