Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
