Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to uphold our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store appearance.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
