Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute feedback on products and inventory management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
- Comply with company policies and maintain document security.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
