Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members to meet store goals.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ensure document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
