Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Handle equipment safely and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Keep the store clean and organized according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment such as a cash register, hand jack, and floor scrubber.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and work effectively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
