Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Assist in inventory management and monitoring
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties and uphold company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience in retail preferred
• Ability to operate equipment and handle various tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
• Capable of working independently or in a team environment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Meet state requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
