Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your main responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to create a pleasant shopping environment for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Take part in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Experience in retail environments is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to work independently or within a team, and follow company policies and procedures.
