Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store looks its best, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members. The position offers a starting wage of $16.00 per hour and an array of benefits.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
