Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate clearly with team members and management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies while ensuring data security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Efficient cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Work independently and within a team environment

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
