Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
- Comply with all company policies and ensure document security
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficiency with cash register operation
- Capability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Capability to work independently and in a team setting
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
