Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks following the Aldi Acts Competencies and Professional Skills guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, assist with shopping inquiries, and provide product feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash management policies.
• Follow company policies, ensure data security, and handle tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Compliance with state regulations on alcohol handling and sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail work experience is an advantage.
