Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and provide an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with team members to maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and general store issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of maintaining cleanliness according to company standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
